Nathan J. Bouchér

Nathan joined the firm in October 2008 after several years as a sole practitioner in Dallas, Texas.  He has broad experience in both the litigation and transactional arenas, and has represented corporate clients on a broad range of issues including formation, mergers and acquisitions, employment disputes, and complex commercial litigation.  Nathan has also represented individual clients in the areas of family law, real estate and contract disputes.  Prior to forming his own practice, Nathan represented large corporate clients in complex litigation involving products liability actions throughout Texas and the United States.

Nathan was born in Houston, Texas, and attended Texas A&M University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 1999.  After graduating from Texas A&M, Nathan and his wife Tristina moved to Dallas, where he attended the Southern Methodist University School of Law.  After graduation, Nathan was admitted to the Texas State Bar in November 2002, and is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Nathan is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.  When not practicing law, Nathan enjoys playing guitar, coaching youth football through the YMCA and spending as much time as possible with his wife, Tristina, and son, Nixon.
