Mark Roberts is a litigator and mediator with over twenty years of experience representing clients across Texas. 

After obtaining dual undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Economics, Mark worked as an internal auditor for one of the largest trust companies in Texas. After graduating from St. Mary's Law School in 1993 and serving as Articles Editor for the St. Mary's Law Journal, he worked in a variety of small and large law firms in the Dallas-Ft. Worth.

Mark has handled all aspects of federal and state cases and arbitrations including written discovery, depositions, mediations, trial and appeals. He has experience in personal injury cases, construction law, business law, product liability, securities and financial services litigation, employment law and professional negligence cases. Mark has also been a Credential Mediator with the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association.
