Joe primarily practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation, having a specialty in oil and gas litigation and oil and gas law. Joe also has experience representing clients in construction, real estate, and insurance defense matters.

Joe was born Fort Worth, Texas, obtained his undergraduate degree from TCU and graduated law school from Texas Tech University School of Law. While in law school Joe was a member of the Law Review. He began his legal career in Midland, Texas in the middle of the oil patch. Joe is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico, including the federal courts for the District of New Mexico and the Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of Texas.

Joe lives with his attorney wife, Mary, and their two children in Frisco, Texas.
