
Aaron primarily practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation, employment disputes, and creditor-side bankruptcy matters. He also regularly advises clients on front-end litigation avoidance strategies. He has represented clients in a broad spectrum of industries-from private equity and healthcare entities to community banks and commercial contractors.
Aaron was born and raised in Roswell, New Mexico. He studied political science as an undergraduate at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. He then earned his law degree at University of New Mexico School of Law. There, he was a research assistant in the specialized area of Western Water Law and sat on the editorial board of the Natural Resources Journal. He is licensed to practice law in all state and Federal courts within the State of Texas.
Aaron lives with his veterinarian wife, Dr. M. Katie Morgan, and two children in Dallas. They also manage their family-owned 1400-acre cattle ranch about an hour north of Dallas. When not litigating on behalf of his clients, Aaron can be found shredding pastures and fixing downed fences on behalf of his cows.
